It is aimed at forming attitudes of future business leaders as well as their professional skills. We focus on the relation of business ethics with business practices and strategies, the goals of business (stakeholder analysis), corporate social responsibility (CSR). life-work balance, whistleblowing, professionalism and professional ethics. It presents economic, political and social situation in CEE region, the main idea and background of reforms introduced in early 90., describes changes from central planned economy to free market, presents pros and cons of those reforms, changes in economy during last decades, changes in social life and terms of doing business in CEE region. There are discussed: meanings and reasons of internationalization in CEE region, patterns and forms (export and import, FDI inflow and outflow, mergers and acquisitions), and concepts of internationalization in CEE countries; the main factors shaping the internationalization process like: political and legal system, culture, and educational system. |
