Matrixes. Data Flow Diagrams. Analyse completness check.

Design. Conceptual model transformation into logical model. Denormalization.

Reverse engineering. Incremental, spiral methodologies and their hybrids.

Scenarios for information systems design process. Roles of persons acting in design process. Multidimensional, object, temporal models.

Lab.:

Creation of process diagram.

Creation of ER diagram - discussion on student's solutions.

Creation of final ER diagram.

Creation of FH diagram.

Creation of matrix diagrams.

Creation of DF diagram.

Generation of logical diagram, tables.

Reverse engineering.
