The aim of the course is to present the legal and institutional framework for the functioning of society and economy in the international dimension, with special focus on the legal and institutional related framework of international business. The lecture is divided into three basic parts. The purpose of the first part is to present international institutions and legal systems. The second part is devoted to institutions and norms in the sphere of social cooperation and the third to sources and rules of international trade law and ways of solving conflicts in international business |
