Cultural Determinants of International Business

Basic concepts and classifications of cultures (national, business, corporate etc.) and their importance for operations of international business. Analysis of variety of cultural determinants in the companies' activities in foreign markets.

Presentation of selected theoretical concepts of culture (at macro-, meso- and micro- level). Characteristics of elements of culture and presentation of main typologies of culture as elements of international environment of companies. Analysis of relations between cultural factors and activities in the area of international business.
