Wiedza: The student (trainee) has extended and structured knowledge in the field of project management useful for solving the problems of initiating, defining, planning and controlling projects in the organization. Student knows the specifics of various projects in the organization and key problems and management solutions. The student (trainee) has in-depth knowledge of the techniques, tools and documentation used in the practice of project management Umiejętności: Student can apply the acquired theoretical knowledge to solve specific project implementation problems. Is able to evaluate and use appropriate methods, techniques, tools to solve practical problems of project management Is able to obtain and analyze data from various areas of the organization's activity, use project documentation and draw conclusions based on them. Is able to identify stakeholders and elements of the project management system in organizations Kompetencje społeczne: Is able to work in a project team, performing different roles Is able to think and act in a project-oriented, creative, entrepreneurial and ethical way. Is sensitive to the attitudes and needs of various project stakeholders. |

Getting to know the principles, methods and tools used in managing projects, programs and project portfolios. Improving practical skills related to the selected specialty by the student, as well as developing behavioral competences in project management. |

The main objective of the professional practice is to broaden the knowledge acquired during the studies in the field of project management and related fields as well as to develop the skills to use it. In addition, the student should become familiar with the specifics of project implementation in the organization (enterprise, institution) in which the practice takes place and improve the skills of identifying, diagnosing and solving professional problems as well as improving the ability to organize own and team work, effective management of project work and responsibility for entrusted works. |
