The primary objective of the course is to prepare students to effectively manage projects in various industries. It will cover some crucial topics in the field of project management and enable students to deepen their knowledge and skills in project management. The course assumes that all the participants have the basic knowledge of general management. The course will employ different methodologies to accomplish this goal: lectures, readings, case discussions, projects, presentations and write-ups. Participants of the course will be aware of the importance of projects in the organization and their role as strategic management support and main tool for change implementation. |
