The primary objective of the course is to prepare students to act as owners or architects of processes in an organization. The course assumes that all the participants have the basic knowledge of general management. The course will employ different methodologies to accomplish this goal: lectures, readings, case discussions, projects, presentations and write-ups. Participants of the course will be aware of the place of business process management in the management of the organization. The broad review of problems of business process management and proposed solutions will be discussed. The Business Process Management course is a hard skills? course available to SGH CEMS MIM students in their second term. The course has been built in a way that will enable students to acquire theoretical knowledge and see its practical application. Various teaching methods will be applied and students will perform different activities in order to better enhance learning of the topic. Students will wor |
