Wiedza: W.1 Student knows and understands the specific features of task teams and understands the purposes of their establishment. W.2 Student knows and understands the phases of team development and the key roles that determine the team?s achievement of high performance. W.3 Student knows and understands group processes, can identify them and evaluate competencies in the context of increasing employability. Umiejętności: U.1 Student is able to carry out an analysis of the team in terms of its potential to complete specific tasks and its resources, as well as identify problems analyze the mistakes made in the work of the task team in view of the goal to be achieved. U.2 Student is able to identify and evaluate the most important factors influencing the results of work and independently shape them to achieve the desired results. U.3 Student is able to coordinate the work of the team, identify group processes, and analyze and interpret behaviors specific to individual roles in the team. Kompetencje społeczne: K.1 Student is able to build relationships with others and collaborate and coordinate team execution of tasks. K.2 Student demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively, as well as interpersonal conflict resolution and negotiation skills, and being able to show an awareness of the role that social relationships play for efficiency. |

Interpersonal communication. Use of managerial tools by the employee in the process of increasing employability. Assessing one's own competencies and planning professional development in the context of organizational roles and behaviors. Work motivation and commitment. |

Objectives of the course: The main objectives of the course are: 1) to learn and understand the principles and mechanisms of functioning of effective task teams, as well as the formation of key competencies for undertaking and carrying out tasks in cooperation with others and conditioning the performance of various roles in the team; 2) to develop the ability to use managerial tools that allow: increasing employability, assessing competencies, planning professional development, strengthening work motivation and commitment. As part of the realization of the goal, students will become familiar with the main determinants that drive the effectiveness of teamwork, taking into account structural, task, environmental, intervention and supportive factors, while developing cooperation skills on the basis of active participation in various types of team tasks and social situations. With regard to the second objective, students will become familiar with managerial tools in the context of the purpose of their use and how to apply them in practice. |
