During the course we will cover three critical aspects of exercising leadership: people, system and self. Students will analyze business cases as well as social and political dynamics common to many organizations and societies by analyzing in-class and out-side class experience, including their own past challenges. The course will also feature an inner journey of self-reflection to uncover students' personal freedom and drivers that give meaning to their leadership work. |

The course will offer students deep insights into leadership practice, a better understanding of leadership and authority dynamics as well as practical skills in working with groups and social systems. Students will be exposed to experiential learning, analyze business cases as well as social and political dynamics common to many organizations and societies. The course will also feature an inner journey of self-reflection to uncover students' personal freedom and drivers that give meaning to their leadership work. The course will be highly interactive and will feature a variety of teaching methods and may involve engagement of practicioners and experts in the area of leadership and management. The course will feature involvement of an practitioner facilitator. |
