The aim of the course is to provide students with a general overview of short-term and mid-term macroeconomic problems. It would broaden students' knowledge they have acquire at the earlier stages of education about the subject and tools of macroeconomic analysis. The course makes a bridge over the middle and advanced levels of macroeconomics. It delivers basic analytical skills for those interested in even more advanced courses in macroeconomics. Within the course theoretical knowledge is to be collated with empirical research results. |
