Efekty uczenia się: |
Wiedza: As a result student should be able to explain the role of human capital in creation company's value and characterize modern tools of human capital management. As a result student should be able to identify factors that determine quality of human capital and assess quality of human capital. As a result student should be able to explain influence of the labour market on human capital management. As a result student should be able to describe strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats of human capital in various aspects. Umiejętności: As a result student should be able to analyze advantages and threats in a process of human capital management. As a result student should be able to prepare inter-discipline analysis of human capital quality and measure human capital. As a result student should be able to solve problems concerning human capital management in macro-, mezzo- and micro-scale. As a result student should be able to use modern tools of human capital management and design flexible human capital system in a company. Kompetencje społeczne: As a result student will increase ability to work as a team member. As a result student will be able to assess and formulate opinions. As a result student should be able to increase sensitivity to psycho- and sociological aspects in a management process. |
