Efekty uczenia się: |
Wiedza: The student knows and thoroughly understands the structure of international organizations and their role in shaping the world economy. The student is able to investigate the influence of decisions of international organizations on the economy. The student knows and thoroughly understands the selected influence of international law on mutual economic relations between states, on the formation of international organizations and the structure of society in states. The student knows and understands the main trends in shaping international law and its economic and social background. Umiejętności: The student is able to use his knowledge of international law to solve social and economic problems. The student is able to use the appropriate methods and tools to research international law and evaluate the tools of social policy. The student is able to conduct a debate on the current economic challenges in the international arena and their impact on society. The student is able to pose and verify hypotheses regarding the current state of society in the international context and to look for reasons among legislative trends in international law. Kompetencje społeczne: The student is ready to critically assess international regulations and their impact on the economy and society. The student is ready to act in an international environment, within various structures of society. The student is ready to propose the direction of the development of international law, taking into account its impact on society and the economy. |

Pełny opis: |
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with international regulations from an economic and social perspective. In particular, the methods of analysis used in the economic analysis of law as well as other analytical methods within the social sciences will be used. Students will also learn about various methods and forms of establishing international regulations. Students will be prepared to work in an international environment. |
