Knowledge of the quantitative methods used in the company where the internship takes place Umiejętności: The ability to identify problems that can be solved by quantitative methods in order to improve, modernize or increase the efficiency of the company Ability to select appropriate methods to solve identified problems. The aim of the internship is to develop the student's ability to use the knowledge gained during the studies in the field of quantitative methods and information systems. In particular, the student should become familiar with the main aspects of the functioning of the unit or institution in which he or she practices, be able to identify the sources of available data, assess the scope of their usefulness and possibilities in the context of the institution's needs and its business goals, improve their skills in identifying problems and modeling solutions (analytical projects), as well as develop work-related personal characteristics, such as responsibility, ethical behavior, teamwork and adaptation to the requirements of a hierarchical management structure |
