  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;
  • tygodniowy nakład pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się pozwala uzyskać 1,5 ECTS;
  • nakład pracy potrzebny do zaliczenia przedmiotu, któremu przypisano 3 ECTS, stanowi 10% semestralnego obciążenia studenta.

Become familiar with the structure, rules, procedures and economic environment of the unit in which the practice takes place.

Knowledge of the analytical, forecasting and optimization solutions as well as IT systems in the unit.

Knowledge of the quantitative methods used in the company where the internship takes place

Umiejętności:

The ability to identify problems that can be solved by quantitative methods in order to improve, modernize or increase the efficiency of the company

Ability to select appropriate methods to solve identified problems.

The ability to identify data sources necessary to apply selected methods to improve the functioning of the company

Ability to work in a team.

Ability to function in a hierarchical structure.

The ability to argue for the purposefulness of using quantitative methods in the company

The aim of the internship is to develop the student's ability to use the knowledge gained during the studies in the field of quantitative methods and information systems. In particular, the student should become familiar with the main aspects of the functioning of the unit or institution in which he or she practices, be able to identify the sources of available data, assess the scope of their usefulness and possibilities in the context of the institution's needs and its business goals, improve their skills in identifying problems and modeling solutions (analytical projects), as well as develop work-related personal characteristics, such as responsibility, ethical behavior, teamwork and adaptation to the requirements of a hierarchical management structure
