Efekty uczenia się:	Wiedza: 1. Student has specialized knowledge on the instruments of financial policy of the EU, including budgetary policy, tax policy, public aid policy and monetary policy. 2. Student has the knowledge on the effectiveness of these instruments in achieving the objectives set up at the EU and its Members States' levels. 3. Student knows the future trends of European integration in the analyzed areas. Umiejętności: 1. Student is able to analyze and critically assess functioning of the financial policy of the EU (including budgetary policy, tax policy, public aid policy and monetary policy) and their interrelataions. 2.Student is able to critically assess the effects of EU financial policy. 3. Student is able to foresee the results of policies in question for the economics of EU Member States. Kompetencje społeczne: Students is able to formulate opinions on the conduct of financial policy of the EU in social and ethical areas. 2. Student understnds basic rules of ethics.
