Wiedza: Acquiring knowledge of organizational management. Acquiring knowledge to solve management problems in an enterprise. Understanding enterprise development strategies. Umiejętności: Ability to diagnose and interpret managerial, marketing and economic problems (opportunities and /or threats) which occur while managing an enterprise operating in a competitive environment. Competence in identifying cause and effect phenomena in problem situations, using economic knowledge. Skill in designing and making decisions adequate to the diagnosed causes and course of phenomena / problems of the venture, resulting in their efficient solution. Kompetencje społeczne: Competence in participating in team ventures, while performing various roles in them. Ability to creatively participate in ventures (teams) related to problem solving, especially in regard to enterprise development projects. Capability to think and act in an entrepreneurial manner. |

The course has an interactive form - business synchronic on-line game, where the framework is set by the players (students), the teachers act as regulators (game administrators), according to experimental learning framework. The course is based on an acquired simulation game license. The idea of the course is based on decision simulations of enterprise management processes and strategic analysis of management in market conditions. Students, as part of a competition between teams, verify various skills, including teamwork, formulating a comprehensive assessment of the company's situation, decision making in the areas of strategy formulation and enterprise resource management in a competitive market. Students make management and market decisions regarding enterprises using gamification logic. During the simulation (synchronic on-line game) students will be tasked with making optimal decisions in the areas of resource allocation, marketing and coopetition. Students work as teams p |

The interactive business game based on synchronic on-line simulation of a virtual enterprise, which allows the participants to check the acquired knowledge in the conditions of simulated market reality. Students, in groups of several people, representing the management of competing enterprises, conduct business activity by managing the virtual enterprise. Throughout the process they make decisions about the functioning of the company, receiving the results of a given game and take further actions. The sequence of these actions is repeated many times during synchronic on-line game. The main aim of the course is to learn about the problems and challenges related to the practical functioning of the enterprise in a market economy. |
