This course will concentrate on the topics of managing projects in an international environment. International project management requires knowledge of the foundation of the project management theory as well as understanding the aspects of managing people in an international context. The course will deliver tools and techniques which may be applied in successful management of international undertakings. |

The goals of the course are: to provide foundation of the project management theory, to emphasize and discuss challenges of managing projects in an international environment, to analyze selected projects case studies, to learn methods and tools of international project management. |
