Wiedza: As a result student should be able to: 1. Discuss basic stages of the human resources process. 2. Characterize basic tools necessary to unfold human resources process. 3. Characterize HRM roles and explain their impact during human resources process. Umiejętności: As a result student should be able to: 1. develop the basis for the organization's human resources strategy, taking into account the EU priority of sustainable work, 2. project basic process of human resources and its tools, 3. choose tools in order to increase employees engagement, performance and social inclusion. Kompetencje społeczne: As a result student will acquire following attitudes: 1. solving HRM problems addressing UE priorities in creative and adequate way, 2. willingness to establish and maintain contacts with other. |

The course is devoted to contemporary methods of managing human resources in organizations. During the classes, issues related to human resources planning, recruitment, selection, motivation, development, evaluation and dismissal of employees will be characterized. It covers the challenges facing international labor market. |
