Pełny opis: |
Corporate finance management is related to the character of pivotal decisions made by corporate managers, which on the one hand help align, as closely as possible, the goals of diverse genres of stakeholders (including shareholders), and on the other - help maximize the value of the firm for all of them. The corporate goals are therefore a function of such decisions, relating to, among others: quantifying the outcomes of the company's operations, identifying and managing risk factors (operational and financial), modeling the scale and structure of revenues and costs, sources of financing for the development of the company (equity, liabilities or financial derivatives), tax optimization, profit distribution and reinvestment or (dividend policy and stock repurchases), rationale for business combinations (mergers and acquisitions), corporate valuation methodologies (using income, comparative or real-option methods), incentives for corporate management, types of operational and financial restructuring, as well as corporate leverage and liquidity management. |
