Creative Management with Google is a subject conducted jointly with Google Poland, which aims to review contemporary research and practice-based knowledge on the most important topics, concepts and contributions within the fields of knowledge management, creativity and innovation in organizations. The goal is to experientially learn the competencies needed to lead innovation and creativity processes, as well as change in organizations. First of all, the scope of the subject focuses on the following areas: individuals, teams innovating at work; creativity and innovation in the organizational environment, and optimizing the learning, creativity and innovation processes of organizations. The subject is co-taught with Google representatives and includes a study visit to Google's headquarters in Warsaw. |
