Wiedza: The student knows different talent definitions and talent management models The student has knowledge of talent management processes: identification, development, methods of retaining and evaluating talents The student understands the location of TM in the company's structure and organizational roles associated with this process The student knows the latest trends in talent management Umiejętności: The student is able to identify internal talents and plan the process of acquiring external talents The student is able to prepare a plan for development and evaluation tools for various talent groups The student is able to design a program for talents with its internal and external communication The student can make a diagnosis of their own talents and set long-term developmental goals Kompetencje społeczne: The student has the competence of cooperation in a team The student is aware of the need to diagnose his or her own talents and follows the planned development path |

Skrócony opis: |
The program of classes includes talent management processes, such as acquiring, developing, motivating and evaluating talents. The links between TM and the company's strategy and culture, organizational roles in this proces, communication and promotion of talent programs will be discussed. New trends and application of IT tools in the field of TM and its dependence on the economic situation will be outlined. Students will get acquainted with the practical side of creating talent programs in the organization by preparing in groups their own talent program. They will also diagnose their own talents and create an action plan for their development. |

The aim of the course is to thoroughly familiarize students with the issue of talent management (TM), with particular emphasis on all its processes, location in the company's structure and strategy and the practical aspect of creating talent programs. As part of the course, students will also diagnose their own talents and draw up a plan for their development. |
