Wiedza: At the end of the course the student will have gained a better understanding of the psychological aspects of doing business, in particular pertaining to organisational and group behaviour as well as individual and group dynamics. At the end of the course the student will have gained a better understanding of the psychological aspects of doing business, in particular pertaining to personality styles, leadership styles, types of leader, effective motivation in the workplace, coaching, and mentoring. At the end of the course the student will have gained a better understanding of the psychological aspects of doing business, in particular pertaining to general intelligence, emotional intelligence, multiple intelligences, learning and development, memory studies as well as designing careers and change management, diversity and equality in the workplace. Umiejętności: At the end of the course the student will be able to carry out an analysis relating to the Organisational Behaviour theory. At the end of the course the student will have mastered the skills of critical analysis of the various aspects of psychology in the workplace. At the end of the course the student will have mastered the skills of critical analysis of the various aspects of individual and group dynamics in the workplace. Kompetencje społeczne: At the end of the course the student will have mastered the competence of giving presentations in the field of Organisational Behaviour and psychological aspects of doing business. At the end of the course the student will have mastered the competence of holding meetings in the field of Organisational Behaviour and psychological aspects of doing business. At the end of the course the student will have mastered the competence of holding discussions in the field of Organisational Behaviour and psychological aspects of doing business. |

Personality styles, leadership styles, emotional intelligence, group behaviour as well as the ways of learning and development will be covered in greater detail. The course is designed as an introductory course in the area of psychology at work and the OB science. |
